Job Development

Job Development and Placement is a service designed to assist individuals in identifying, obtaining, and retaining appropriate ongoing employment. Employment preparation assists individuals with job seeking, marketability to employers, interviewing skills, resume writing, and other needed related skills. Personal, vocational, and social adjustment may be used to reduce, minimize, or eliminate barriers that maight prevent individuals from obtaining employment. These services may include mobility training, appropriate work-related behavior training, improved personal health and appearance training, and other specialized trainings as needed.
