Work Crews
Our work crews are in the community gaining work experience while providing valuable services to the community. As part of the Employment Services Program, work crew settings are opportunities available to individuals who need to develop their maturity, experience, and work ethics. This is a small group setting for a prescribed period of time with measurable goals.

Currently, we have the following work crews:

• Bus Bench Maintenance
• Janitorial
• Electronic Waste Recycling
• Consumer Beverage Container Recycling

All work crews are closely monitored by a Job Coach who provides on-the-job support to ensure successful job retention. Job coaching is designed to assist both employee and employer as the new employee learns duties of their new job.
